The Management of Tree Estruturas LDA, with the aim of being a reference company and leader in the Execution and Assembly of Metallic Structures and aiming for the maximum satisfaction of its Clients and other Stakeholders, defines its Quality Policy with reference to NP EN ISO 9001.

In this context, the following principles have been defined:

1. Ensuring Business Profitability;
2. Identify the needs and expectations of Stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction;
3. Promoting employee training, awareness and motivation;
4. Comply with the normative and legal requirements applicable to the activity, environmental aspects and Occupational Health and Safety, as well as other requirements to which the organisation subscribes;
5. Ensure that the risks and opportunities that may affect the conformity of the service are immediately determined and dealt with;
6. Implementing and maintaining the Management System, reviewing it and setting objectives and targets to enable continuous improvement.
7. Ensuring that this Policy is kept up to date, communicated, understood and applied;
8. Develop a communication process, both internally and externally, with the aim of informing employees, clients and other Stakeholders about Quality, Environment and Safety aspects;
9. Respect the agreements made with all Stakeholders;
10. Commit suppliers and subcontractors to applying the principles of Quality, Environment, Safety and Health set out in this Policy.
